• Refunds for All Purchases: We offer refunds for all items, whether purchased at regular or discounted prices, within 30 days of delivery.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@animegear.shop within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send the correct item immediately.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags and inclusions intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
